Walnut Creek Fight

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bt8TEAPhWi8&has_verified=1

heard this video came out in the local news and is now being used to identify the people involved in this fight (apparently 1 of 3 mass fights that night in walnut creek)....what a double edged sword though!

my suspicion tells me that it was a racially-charged fight (also given the fact that the white dude at the end of the video, blatantly drops the n-bomb multiple times..hence the racial tension i was feeling that night) and because of that im almost sure that there will be racial profiling and unequal treatment towards a certain particular group of people by the media and the wcpd. the black dudes, clearly, will get the short end of the stick in this situation...this is our world..unfortunately.

so i got down with the walnut creek cops..esp officer growski badge #369, whose vehicle is featured in this post's picture.

he tried to get smart with me...little did he know i was educated and that i knew exactly what my rights were (specifically in relation to interacting with law enforcement) that night...big up's to copwatch and the little pocket handbook they gave me a long long time ago!

but what agitated me the most (and NOT in the sense of losing my cool NOR my inability to make rational decisions) was the bouncer from shiro lounge being hella hella whack including their so called "manager" mike, whose number i also documented in my phone. waaay to be real accountable for your security staff bro! seems like you need to fire some people or at least reevaluated the effectiveness of your hiring and overall business practices within your establishment...especially since one of your "bouncers" instigated a fight (grabbed my friend's phone because he was video recording everything..including the part where aj found the knife on the floor and where he violently claimed it was his) with my friend in which the wcpd saw and unlawfully arrested him for "public fighting" with the bouncer (i asked officer growski what the charges were for his arrest and thats what he told me, even though i told him that i was more than willing to be a witness and that i would testify against that charge if the case went to court for whatever unnecessary reason)...

...which was clearly not what happened that night..i cant believe the cops literally came on the scene and arrested a random ass dude just because they assumed what was going on at that particular moment...the original 20 or so dudes that were fighting werent even there anymore and the escalation had already died down..i guess the pigs really wanted to arrest anyone and everyone they could even if they were not a part of the altercation, just innocent by standers..

officer growski actually told me that my friend will probably just get a misdemeanor and be let go in a couple of hours, clearly indicating and validating the unlawful AND highly unnecessary arrest he made..and to think it wasnt even the end of the month! ;)

such a crazy (but fun nonetheless) night in walnut creek. retrospectively, its kinda funny because all my bay friends told me about the pigs in walnut creek..little did i know they were actually on point about their observations..HAH

so tell me, do you still think racism doesn't exist, both internally and systematically? freals...
